| 内容記述 | This paper investigates how and why certain municipalities in Gunma Prefecture enacted their ordinances to preserve historical architecture and landscape. Using the method of process tracing, this paper reveals that mutual referencing among municipalities, as well as political determinants, was the key to the successful enactment of the ordinances. | |||||
