The model based on CSV (Creating Shared Value) proposed by Michael E. Porter. From a review of Porter and Kramer (2011), and some previous studies about CSV, first, we derive three focus points (prioritization, relationship of three approaches of CSV, and evaluation and measurement of social value). Second, using these points, we make\na model named \"Influence Model for Local Company\". The model focuses on the connection between people and organizations of local companies, so that is originality of this study.
