的:本研究の目的は,4年間の本地域完結型看護教育の成果を開始年度と4年後の4年次生を対象に,地域での暮らしを見据えた看護の理解度と実践度を把握し比較検討することにより,今後の看護基礎教育のあり方を検討することである.\n方 法:2015年度および2018年度の4年生の卒業時点における,地域での暮らしを見据えた看護の理解度と実践度を自記式質問紙調査にて調査し,Mann-Whitney U検定にて分析を行った.\n結 果:回答は,2015年度59名(回答率73%),2018年度65名(回答率88%)であった.2018年度4年生の地域での暮らしを見据えた看護の理解度・実践度はともに,2015年度4年生よりも有意にできると回答した割合が高かった.しかし,生活スキルと外来看護はできると回答した割合が低かった.\n結
