Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護専門学校教員における地域完結型看護を志向した看護教育の意識と現状を明らかにすることを目的に，看護専門学校26校に勤務する3年以上の教育経験を有する教員を対象に郵送法による無記名式質問票調査を実施した．回答は14校，68名から得られた（有効回答率70％）．回答者の看護教員経験の平均年数は13.5年であった．地域完結型看護を志向した看護教育に対する意識に関する項目で，「よく当てはまる」と約9割の看護教員が回答した項目は「病院看護師は退院後を見すえて看護する必要がある」や「専門分野を問わず看護教員は退院後を見すえて看護することを学生に指導する必要がある」であった．地域完結型看護を志向した看護教育の実施状況では，「よくする」との回答が5割未満の項目は地域の保健医療福祉サービス，在宅療養支援体制，多職種連携，外来看護に関することであった．これらが教育上で重点化すべき内容と考えられた．加えて，教員・教育内容，学生，実習場所に関する教育上の困難が明らかとなった．地域を視座においた看護教育においては，看護教員の研鑽ならびに地域関係者とともに取り組む必要がある．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"北関東医学会"}]},"item_6_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1343-2826","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_6_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10585677","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_6_version_type_15":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"梨木,
