| 内容記述 | Japanese Economic Cooperation (Assistance) is said to have started from the reparation in kind and service to Asian Countries, Post World War II, in the 1950s. First of all, our concern is to show the reason why the compensation of the country that caused aggressive war was called the economic assistance (cooperation). Secondly, we should like to clear the purpose of Japanese Government to have paid the reparation in kind and service instead of in cash. Thirdly, the relation between the foreign policy of U.S.A and the ODA of Japan from 1945 to 1963 4 comes within the scope of this paper. | |||||
