| 内容記述 | In Japan, the Prime Minister has had the power to dissolve the House of Representatives so far. However, in recent years, the adverse effect has become noticeable. Therefore, restrictions on the right to dissolve by the Prime Minister came to be discussed. Even worldwide, the Prime Minister's right to dissolve tends to be largely restricted. In this thesis, I will consider how to restrict the right of dissolution of the Prime Minister in Japan. | |||||||
