| 内容記述 | This paper will first review the discourse surrounding the ground rules for eugenic surgery on leprosy patients. Next, the number of eugenic surgeries performed at national leprosy sanatoriums from 1954 to 1979 is clarified. Finally, I review a series of state compensation lawsuits concerning the Eugenic Protection Law and point out the unconstitutionality of the law. | |||||||
